職位描述及職責(zé):
- 詳細(xì)了解公司服務(wù),能夠按照公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行熱線接聽(tīng)及郵件溝通,準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)、耐心解答客戶的咨詢及問(wèn)題,提供合適的解決方案;
- 解決客戶的合理訴求,降低客戶投訴,增加客戶滿意度;
- 具備市場(chǎng)敏銳度,準(zhǔn)確把握客戶的需求,將客戶需求及溝通狀態(tài)及時(shí)傳達(dá)給總公司;
- 及時(shí)完成新客戶訂單及后續(xù)咨詢工作,維護(hù)好與客戶之間的關(guān)系,收集客戶反饋并分析;
- 收集市場(chǎng)情報(bào),配合市場(chǎng)部開(kāi)發(fā)潛在客戶,提供創(chuàng)新服務(wù);
- 處理日常工作,及時(shí)完成部門(mén)主管布置的工作
任職要求:
- 精通英文,能英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及書(shū)寫(xiě)溝通, 將英文作為工作語(yǔ)言;
- 較強(qiáng)的溝通能力、與不同國(guó)籍同事互動(dòng)的能力;
- 具備一定的銷(xiāo)售技巧,良好的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)、有責(zé)任心、善于溝通、良好的溝通技巧、人際關(guān)系處理能力及理解能力;
- 具備市場(chǎng)敏銳度,與市場(chǎng)部合作,開(kāi)發(fā)潛在客戶;
- 有一定的銷(xiāo)售能力及協(xié)調(diào)能力;
- 能承受較大的工作壓力,善于獨(dú)立分析問(wèn)題的重點(diǎn),高效處理問(wèn)題;
- 有團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí),有創(chuàng)新意識(shí),工作富有熱情。
The Associate Translator is involved in high-quality translation (Simplified Chinese <> English) of a client project via either actual translation of the documents or the review of the translation performed by a freelancer. Further, the translator also responds to any client queries that may arise after the delivery of the project.
Essential Duties and responsibilities
- Provide high-quality translation of documents (mostly, research papers) from Simplified Chinese to English and vice versa
- Perform a quality review on documents translated by other translators
- Respond to client queries post delivery
- Work with the Quality Manager in resolving customer dissatisfaction cases and providing strong solutions to ensure customer delight
- Work with other teams (such as customer service and editing teams), based on the requirement of the client’s project
Knowledge and Skills
Bachelor or Master degree in Translation is preferred.
5+ Years as a translator or translation expert for Simplified Chinese to English Translation.
- Strong English language skills

- Working understanding of computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools Must have in-depth understanding of requirements of a typical translation customer requirement

- Good communication skills (e-mail and verbal)
